MONDAY NIGHT meal

Mark's Monday Night Meal at Olive Garden was more than just a meal; it became a tradition. 

Every Monday evening, Mark would gather with his three children, Ashton, Nicholas, and Noah, at their favorite local Olive Garden in Jonesboro, Arkansas. It was their time to be together, eat, and enjoy each other's company.

The tradition began years ago and it became a comforting routine that everyone looked forward to. They sat at their favorite booth in the back. 

Most staff knew them by name and greeted them with Southern Hospitality, adding to the family-like atmosphere that Mark valued so much.

Mark would start with his special intellectual humor, making everyone laugh.  Noah loved the Grilled Salmon and Broccali,  Nicholas couldn't get enough of the Spaghetti and Meatballs, and Ashton always went for the Chicken Alfredo. Mark himself had a soft spot for the Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Tortellini, Breadsticks and Salad which he drank with Iced Tea, followed by dessert!

Mark's Monday Night Meal at Olive Garden is a testament to his dedication to family, 

his ability to create lasting memories, and his love for his children. 

These dinners became a weekly reminder of the importance of togetherness, and a special tradition that will always be remembered.
